Melinda Shinaver
Melinda married her husband Ray Rygalski in 2022. Together they have 5 children and 2 grandchildren. Melinda obtained her Patient Advocate certification from Cleveland State University and is very active in her community. She has been a member of the Oregon/Northwood Rotary Club for 20 years, she was a founding member of the Northwood Community Cares Committee and currently serves as Secretary and recently finished two terms on the Oregon Senior Center Board. She is a 25+ year member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals. Her passion is helping clients navigate the healthcare system.

Andrea joined Compass Care Management in February of 2020 after the birth of her first child. She is married to Eric and they have two children, Everly and Parker.
